Permanently disabled, can't work need financil help A.S.A.P.

1. I have been told by several doctor's that I am now disabled permanently and can no longer work.
2. Chronic Renal Failure due to:
a. Diabetic Nephropathy
b. True membranous glomenulonephrotis
c. Focal segmental glomerulonephrutis
d. Ig A deposition GN
3. Sarcoidosis of the lungs - with significant pulmonary scarring and pumonary hypertention.
Shortness of breath and servere shortness of breath upon any strenuous activity.
4. Pancreas - causing Chronic Pancreatitus - constant severe pain in the abdomen area.
5. Insulin dependent diabetes.
6. Depression.
I am 3 mos. behind on my rent, I just received an eviction notice from my landlord, I haven't worked for 2 mos. all resources for assistance are exhausted and pending untll 3 to 6 months, I can't work, I have no money coming in and out of desperation I'm am reaching out to anyone who can help.
